The Binghamton City School District is seeking candidates to fill an anticipated Elementary Math Interventionist Teacher position for the 2025-2026 school year. These are full-time, probationary tenure-track positions.

Job Qualifications
Applicants must be New York State certified. Math background and current math best practices are preferred.

Responsibilities include:
- Provides rigorous supplemental math instruction to students below grade level
- Provides consultation and feedback to classroom teachers on student’s’ progress
- Co-teaches/plans with classroom teachers to provide differentiated lessons to meet the needs of struggling students
- Participates in the RTI process
- Collaborates with colleagues and administration to support building goals
- Seeks, designs, and assists in implementing best practices & professional development in mathematics
