This is routine work involving responsibility for the performance of a variety of clerical tasks, including the full-time or substantial part-time operation of a computer and computer applications. Duties:

The equipment manager will be responsible for the following:

  • All aspects of taking care of three levels of football equipment and three levels of both Boys and Girls Lacrosse.
  • Everything from meeting with the Athletic Director to the order needs of the different teams.
  • To work directly with the coaches to provide the proper equipment that they need.
  • The manager will be responsible once all equipment is issued to check in with the teams weekly, including assisting in:
    • Equipment distribution and collection.
    • Collecting and washing, folding/hanging uniforms after contests.
    • and be accessible by phone during the season

Job Description

This is routine work in preparing and serving food and in cleaning of kitchen equipment. The incumbent is expected to perform all duties needed in the support of a food service program. The work is performed under the immediate supervision of either the Cook Manager or form the Food Service Supervisor at the respective building. Does related work as required.

Typical Work Activities:

  • Serves food on a cafeteria line
  • Performs tasks to prepare food to be cooked
  • May operate some cooking machinery including mixers, stoves, and ovens under the direct supervision
  • Washes dishes and pots and other utensils either by hand or by machine
  • Sweeps, mops, and cleans all kitchen work areas and storage areas
  • May act as a cashier in the cafeteria
